Senior Assistant Commissioner Edmore Veterai, Zimbabwe Republic Police, now stationed at Police General Headquarters in Harare. Previoiusly stationed in Matabeleland. He was trained by North Koreans alongside Brig General Nyikiramba and took part in the genocide in Matabeleland - Gukuruhundi.

He has taken by force a sugar cane farm in the Chiredzi area belonging to Digby Nesbitt and has for the past year been instrumental in the invasions of conservancies in the Chiredzi area, which has resulted in the widespread decimation of wild life including elephants, and the degradation of the environment.

Veterai who is known by colleagues as ruthless and cruel is on the Sanctions list entry number 160 - grounds for designation "Member of the security forces and bearing widespread responsibility for serious violations of the freedom of peaceful assembly".
