Andrew Langa - Chairperson of Rights and Minorities and Languages

He is the main perpetrator and organiser of political violence in Insiza district. He gave Zanu PF militia his personal truck to use in political violence activities during the June 2008 elections. He is also accused of having chased away small scale gold miners from the Filabusi area and he later operated the mines himself.
